Non-human primate-Plasma is processed through centrifugation to diminish cells and platelets.
Non-human Primate PB Plasma is a high-quality biological product derived from the peripheral blood of healthy, purpose-bred non-human primates (NHPs). The plasma is separated by centrifugation to remove most cells and platelets, and is immediately cryopreserved after isolation. Due to the high physiological similarity between non-human primates and humans, this plasma is widely used in the study of viral infections, vaccine efficacy, and antiviral therapies, especially for viruses that infect both humans and primates. It also serves as a valuable resource for investigating immune responses to vaccines and for the development and testing of novel vaccine candidates. In vitro, the stability of plasma proteins may be affected by improper handling, therefore, repeated freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided to maintain bioactivity. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Non-human Primate PB Plasma provides a biologically relevant fluid matrix for analyzing host responses to viral infection, assessing vaccine-induced antibody levels with anticoagulant-compatible detection methods, and profiling pharmacokinetics of therapeutic agents. Its physiological similarity to human plasma makes it ideal for translational immunology and infectious disease research. It is also used in regenerative medicine for its reservoir of growth factors and circulating proteins.
