Description

HUAECs are pooled cells isolated from normal human umbilical artery. RFP-HUAECs were selected from HUAECs infected with RFP-expressing lentiviruses with Zyocin and the cells are shipped in frozen vials (the cells are provided at passage 3). Endothelial Growth Medium is recommended for cell culture and these cells have a minimum average population doubling levels > 20 when cultured following the detailed protocol.
