Xpress™ Human CXCR5 over-expressing MC38 cells facilitate cancer immunology research, focusing on lymphocyte migration and CXCR5-related signaling.
Xpress™ Human CXCR5 Overexpression Cell Line (MC38) is derived from the murine colon adenocarcinoma MC38 cell line and engineered to stably express human CXCR5 based on customer demand. Cells are preserved under low passage (<P20) and validated by qRT-PCR. Target CXCR5 encodes a G-protein-coupled receptor that guides B cell and Tfh cell migration within lymphoid follicles. It plays crucial roles in adaptive immunity, autoimmune disorders, and cancer immunotherapy. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers' research needs.
