Description

Human NCR3 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human NCR3 into CHOK1 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
NCR3 (natural cytotoxicity triggering receptor 3), also known as NKp30, is a member of the natural cytotoxicity receptor family. It plays a critical role in NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity and immune surveillance against tumors and viral infections. NCR3 expression is primarily restricted to natural killer cells.
