The Xpress™ Human TPBG over-expressing cell line (293T) support studies on trophoblast glycoprotein in tumor progression and cell migration.
TPBG 293T Overexpression Cell Line is created from human embryonic kidney 293T cells with stable lentiviral integration of TPBG. Overexpression is validated by qRT-PCR, with cells cultured at <P20 passages. Target TPBG (Trophoblast glycoprotein), also known as 5T4, is a transmembrane protein implicated in tumor progression, epithelial-mesenchymal transition, and immune evasion. It is upregulated in various cancers including colorectal and ovarian. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers' research needs.
