Mouse bone marrow leukocytes (MBMLC) are derived from the tibias and femurs of pathogen-free laboratory adult mice.
CD-1 Mouse Bone Marrow Leukocytes (MBMLC) are primary immune cells isolated from the femurs and tibias of healthy adult CD-1 mice, both sexes, verified pathogen-free and free of hematologic disease. This heterogeneous population includes myeloid and lymphoid lineage cells such as monocytes, granulocytes, B cells, T cells, and progenitors. Cells are suspended in cryopreservation medium and stored immediately after isolation without in vitro culture, maintaining native phenotype and viability. MBMLCs express lineage-specific markers such as CD11b, CD3, B220, and Gr-1, supporting bone marrow cellular function, immune profiling, and CD-1 mouse hematologic studies in CD-1 mice. These cells are reflect the physiological bone marrow microenvironment. To ensure the quality of these primary cells, repeated freeze-thawcycles are not recommended due to the fragile nature of these cells. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

CD-1 Mouse Bone Marrow Leukocytes provide a versatile platform for hematopoietic and immunological research. They are well-suited for studies of bone marrow-derived immune cell development, lineage commitment, and response to stimuli such as cytokines, chemokines, and infectious agents. Researchers use MBMLCs for flow cytometry, cell sorting, proliferation assays, colony-forming unit (CFU) assays, and functional differentiation into macrophages, dendritic cells, or osteoclasts. The mixed population offers a reliable in vitro model for immune interaction and bone marrow physiology, supporting studies of CD-1 mouse bone marrow immunity.
