Mouse Primary Cells from AcceGen are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice.
CD-1 Mouse Heart Cells are primary cardiac cells isolated from pathogen-free CD-1 mouse hearts via enzymatic digestion. These cells exhibit adherent growth in culture and maintain key cardiac functional properties, providing a physiologically relevant model for CD-1 mouse cardiac development. These cells retain intrinsic cardiac characteristics, making them suitable for studies of heart physiology, drug screening, and cardiac disease modeling while requiring careful handling to preserve functionality .To ensure the quality of these primary cells, repeated freeze-thawcycles are not recommended due to the fragile nature of these cells. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

These CD-1 Mouse Heart Cells serve as an essential in vitro model for cardiovascular research, including studies of cardiac physiology, drug screening for cardiotoxicity, and mechanistic explorations of heart disease, supporting heart tissue studies in CD-1 mice. They support biochemical and molecular assays such as RT-PCR, Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, and flow cytometry. Additionally, they can be used for generating specialized cardiac cell derivatives for targeted experimental needs.
