Description

Human brain microglia cells are isolated from healthy human brain tissue. GFP-Immortalized Human Brain Microglia Cells are infected with lentiviruses expressing hTert and GFP with puromycin. GFP Human Brain Mictoglia Cells can be cultured in long-term (tested >20 passages). Cells are isolated and cultured in AcceGen’s professional laboratory. Each vial contains at least 5 x 10^5 cell/vial.
