Derived from bone marrow of Beagle dog and cultured as a monolayer for two passages in Mesenchymal Stem Cell Growth Medium.
HighQC™ Dog Mesenchymal Stem Cells are multipotent stromal cells isolated from subcutaneous or visceral adipose tissue of healthy dogs. These cells exhibit characteristic spindle-shaped fibroblast-like morphology and retain potent self-renewal and differentiation capabilities at early passages, although this capacity diminishes with higher passage number. These cells demonstrate robust trilineage differentiation, capable of robust adipogenic, osteogenic, and chondrogenic differentiation when cultured in lineage-specific inductive media. Their accessibility and reproducible behavior make them ideal for veterinary regenerative studies and translational comparative models. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Dog Mesenchymal Stem Cells serve as an in vitro platform to investigate canine tissue regeneration mechanisms, evaluate therapeutic efficacy for orthopedic disorders such as osteoarthritis, and elucidate immune modulation pathways. For example, a comprehensive analysis of their chondrogenic differentiation potential clarifies molecular pathways governing joint repair, thereby facilitating the development of targeted regenerative therapies for degenerative joint conditions.
