Human Multiple Myeloma (MM) Cancer Stem Cells; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Human Multiple Myeloma (MM) Cancer Stem Cells are derived from bone marrow aspirates of patients with multiple myeloma and enriched for tumor-initiating subpopulations using surface markers such as CD138-, CD19⁺, CD27⁺, and aldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH) activity. These cells exhibit a small, round-to-oval morphology and show hallmark features of cancer stem cells, including self-renewal, quiescence, and resistance to standard therapies. They express pluripotency-associated genes such as OCT4, NANOG, and SOX2. These cells are crucial for understanding disease relapse, drug resistance, and bone marrow microenvironment interactions in MM. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human Multiple Myeloma Cancer Stem Cells provide a powerful model for studying tumor initiation, dormancy, clonal evolution, and therapy resistance. These cells are ideal for drug screening, bone marrow niche modeling, and evaluating anti-CSC or immunotherapeutic strategies targeting minimal residual disease. Their tumorigenic and tumor plasticity features make them essential for advancing translational research in hematological malignancies.
