Human (Parental) Liver Cancer Stem Cell; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Human (Parental) Liver Cancer Stem Cells are tumor-initiating cells derived from primary human hepatocellular carcinoma tissue. Morphologically, the cells display a small, round to polygonal shape. These cells exhibit key characteristics of liver cancer stem cells (CSCs), including self-renewal capacity, tumorigenicity, and multipotent differentiation potential. They express liver cancer-associated and stemness-related markers, including CD15s, CD29, CEA, CK7, CAM5.2, AFP, and Mucin. These cells demonstrate the ability to differentiate into hepatic lineage cells under appropriate stimuli, making them a valuable tool for modeling liver tumor heterogeneity, cancer progression, and drug resistance mechanisms. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human (Parental) Liver Cancer Stem Cells, also known as Hepatocellular carcinoma CSCs (HCC), provide a useful in vitro research model for investigating liver cancer-associated cellular hierarchy and tumor biology. These cells are applied in studies of stem cell-related regulatory mechanisms, cellular heterogeneity, and molecular pathways involved in liver cancer development and progression. They are also suitable for experimental compound screening and mechanistic evaluation in liver cancer-related research systems.

These cells are used to study liver cancer development, drug resistance, and potential therapeutic targets.
These stem cells have the ability to self-renew and differentiate, contributing to tumor initiation and growth.
Each cryovial contains 1 million (1M) cells, preserved in a cryopreserved state for long-term storage.
Yes, these cells are ideal for testing drug efficacy and resistance, particularly in targeting cancer stem cell populations.
