Human (Parental) Brain Cancer Stem Cell; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Human (Parental) Brain Cancer Stem Cells are tumor-initiating cells derived from the human brain cancer tissue. Morphologically, they present as small, round to oval cells. These human brain cancer stem cells express molecular markers such as CD133, and CD44. These cells exhibit hallmark properties of brain cancer stem cells, including self-renewal, multipotency, and strong tumorigenic capacity in vivo. They can differentiate into both neuronal and glial lineages under appropriate conditions, reflecting their multipotent nature and contributing to intratumoral heterogeneity. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human (Parental) Brain Cancer Stem Cells provide a research platform for investigating brain cancer-associated cellular heterogeneity and stem cell-related biological processes. These cells are applied in studies focusing on regulatory mechanisms of self-renewal, cellular hierarchy, and resistance-associated molecular pathways within brain cancer-related experimental systems. They also include populations with characteristics of glioblastoma stem cells (GSC), making them relevant for glioblastoma-related research applications.
