Human Neuroblastoma Cancer Stem Cells; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Human Neuroblastoma Cancer Stem Cells are isolated from human neuroblastoma tumor-derived cell populations and enriched for stem-like subpopulations using sphere-forming assays and surface marker selection (CD44, CD133). These cells exhibit key features of cancer stem cells (CSCs), including self-renewal, tumorigenicity, and plasticity. Morphologically, they form neurosphere-like colonies in serum-free culture. They express stemness-associated genes such as SSEA 3/4, Oct4, as well as neural crest and neuronal lineage markers. These cells are suitable for modeling the aggressive, undifferentiated component of neuroblastoma and for studying tumor relapse, metastasis, and resistance. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human Neuroblastoma Cancer Stem Cells are ideal for investigating tumor heterogeneity, chemoresistance, and neuroblastoma stem cell biology. These cells are well-suited for high-throughput drug screening, in vitro tumorigenicity assays, and research of anti-CSC therapies. Their properties as Neuroblastoma tumor-initiating cells (TICs) and Human NB-CSCs also support studies on tumor recurrence, metastasis, and developmental lineage tracing in pediatric solid tumors.
