Human Leukemia Cancer Stem Cell; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Human Leukemia Cancer Stem Cells are isolated from primary leukemic bone marrow samples and cultured under serum-free, stem cell–selective conditions to enrich for leukemia-initiating cells. These cells exhibit a small, round morphology with high nucleus-to-cytoplasm ratio and express classical LSC markers such as CD133, CD44, SSEA 3/4, Oct4. Functionally, they possess extensive self-renewal capacity, quiescence, and the ability to reconstitute leukemia in immunodeficient mouse models, making them essential for studying leukemogenesis and relapse. These cells often exhibit resistance to chemotherapy and contribute to disease persistence following treatment. HighQC™ Leukemia Cancer Stem Cells provide a reliable, reproducible in vitro system for exploring leukemic hierarchy, clonal evolution, and therapeutic response. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human Leukemia Cancer Stem Cells serve as a critical model for research into leukemogenesis, chemoresistance, and minimal residual disease. These cells serve as a foundation for identifying leukemia stem cell–targeted therapies, studying cell signaling pathways such as Notch, Wnt, and Hedgehog, and evaluating immunotherapeutic strategies like CAR-T and monoclonal antibodies.
