Human (Parental) Leukemia Cancer Stem Cell; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Human (Parental) Leukemia Cancer Stem Cells are leukemic cells with stem-like properties, believed to drive tumor initiation, progression, and relapse. These cells are derived from human leukemia cancer tissue. Morphologically, they are small, round, and non-adherent, resembling immature hematopoietic stem cells. These cells express characteristic markers such as CD44 and CD133. They exhibit stem cell-associated properties characteristic of leukemia, including self-renewal capacity and the ability to maintain leukemia-related cellular hierarchy. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human (Parental) Leukemia Cancer Stem Cells, also known as human leukemia stem cells (LSC), provide a research platform for investigating leukemia-associated cellular hierarchy and stem cell-related biological processes. These hematological malignancy stem cells are used in studies focusing on mechanisms of self-renewal regulation, differentiation dynamics within leukemia cell populations, and clonal evolution at the cellular and molecular levels.
