Mouse T Regulatory Cells enable immune tolerance, inflammation control, and autoimmunity modeling in murine systems using purified Treg populations.
Mouse T Regulatory Cells are isolated from mouse tissue. Following the primary culture, these cells are cryopreserved. Regulatory T cells (Tregs), a specialized CD4+ T cell subset, are critical for maintaining immune homeostasis and preventing autoimmunity. These cells suppress the activity of other immune cells such as effector T cells and natural killer cells, helping to control inflammation and promote tolerance to self-antigens. Mouse Tregs are characterized by expression of the transcription factor Foxp3 and surface markers such as CD25. They are frequently used in studies of immune regulation, autoimmunity, and tolerance. In vitro, these cells exhibit limited proliferative capacity, and repeated freezing and thawing during culture should be avoided. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Mouse T Regulatory Cells (Tregs) serve as a critical model for studying immune tolerance, T cell suppression, and autoimmunity. These cells are widely used in research on transplantation tolerance, cancer immune evasion, and chronic inflammation. They enable functional assays on regulatory activity and cytokine secretion, supporting therapeutic strategies targeting Treg modulation.
