Human Acute Lymphoid Leukemia Bone Marrow Plasma offers a leukemia-specific biofluid for biomarker detection, cytokine analysis, and hematologic profiling.
Human Acute Lymphoid Leukemia Bone-Marrow Plasma is an acellular plasma fraction prepared from bone marrow aspirates of adult patients diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), providing a model of untreated leukemia plasma signature. This product contains soluble mediators and extracellular vesicles derived from the leukemic bone marrow microenvironment, making it suitable for investigating leukemic signaling, progenitor-cell responses, and plasma proteomics in leukemia research, as well as tumor–microenvironment interactions. To ensure the quality of these primary cells, repeated freeze-thaw cycles are not recommended due to the fragile nature of these cells. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Acute Lymphoid Leukemia Bone Marrow Plasma (Newly Diagnosed/Untreated) is ideal for research on leukemia microenvironment, cytokine signaling, proteomics, metabolomics, and liquid biopsy assay development. It enables analysis of cell-free RNA/DNA, supports biomarker discovery and validation, and is well-suited for immune profiling, drug response monitoring, and understanding minimal residual disease (MRD). The plasma can be applied in platforms such as ELISA, multiplex assays, qPCR, and RNA-Seq, making it a valuable non-cellular tool for hematologic malignancy studies.
