Human Acute Lymphoid Leukemia PB Plasma supports leukemia biomarker analysis, diagnostic assay development, and hematologic disease research.
Human Acute Lymphoid Leukemia Peripheral Blood Plasma (Newly Diagnosed/Untreated) is an acellular plasma fraction isolated from peripheral blood of adult patients newly diagnosed with acute lymphoid leukemia (ALL), predominantly B-ALL with occasional T-ALL cases. This clear, cell-free plasma contains leukemia-associated soluble immune mediators and circulating extracellular vesicles, reflecting the systemic leukemic microenvironment and supporting studies of novel biomarkers in untreated ALL plasma and plasma signatures in leukemia diagnosis. To ensure the quality of these primary cells, repeated freeze-thaw cycles are not recommended due to the fragile nature of these cells. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

This peripheral blood plasma is ideal for use in leukemia-related biomarker discovery, cfDNA/cfRNA analysis, cytokine quantification, and extracellular vesicle research. It serves as a valuable sample for the development of liquid biopsy-based diagnostics, evaluation of systemic immune modulation, and exploration of early-stage leukemic signatures. Compatible with high-throughput technologies such as qPCR, ELISA, NGS, and proteomics, it supports both translational and mechanistic studies into the molecular landscape of newly diagnosed ALL.
