Utilize Human Acute Myeloid Leukemia Bone Marrow Plasma (Newly Diagnosed/Untreated) for plasma-based biomarker analysis and drug response studies.
Human Acute Myeloid Leukemia Bone Marrow Plasma (Newly Diagnosed/Untreated) is derived from adult human bone marrow samples diagnosed with untreated Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). Plasma is collected by centrifugation, following mononuclear cell separation. As a cell-free component, it contains minimal platelets and no viable cells. While not passaged, it retains disease-specific soluble factors and extracellular vesicles. It is ideal for studies of cytokine milieu, leukemia-associated biomarkers, and systemic immune response in AML. Key indicators such as IL-6, TNF-α, and leukemia-associated microRNAs (e.g., miR-155) may be present. This product is not intended for culture-based assays. To ensure the quality of these primary cells, repeated freeze-thaw cycles are not recommended due to the fragile nature of these cells. The products undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Acute Myeloid Leukemia Bone Marrow Plasma (Newly Diagnosed/Untreated) supports research in leukemia biomarker discovery, extracellular vesicle analysis, and circulating nucleic acid profiling. It is widely used in studies on disease progression, relapse prediction, cytokine storm evaluation, and treatment resistance, including investigation of protein markers in untreated acute myeloid leukemia (AML) plasma and disease-associated factors such as monoclonal proteins in AML bone marrow.
