Description

Human Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) Bone Marrow CD34+ Cells are primary hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells isolated from the bone marrow of patients in the accelerated phase or blast crisis of CML using a direct CD34 MicroBead labeling system. These cells are enriched via immunomagnetic separation targeting the CD34 surface antigen, a marker of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells and leukemic stem cells in CML. The cells originate from human bone marrow tissue and represent an advanced disease stage characterized by increased blast counts and aggressive progression. Morphologically, CD34+ cells are small to medium-sized, typically non-adherent, and grow in suspension culture. They display aberrant signaling pathways and genetic abnormalities associated with disease progression and resistance. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures and is tested to ensure it is free from contamination by HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Application

  • Human Chronic Myeloid Leukemia Bone Marrow CD34+ Cells (Accelerated/Blast Crisis) from accelerated or blast crisis CML patients are essential for studying the mechanisms of leukemia disease progression, leukemic stem cell biology, and drug resistance. They are used for therapeutic candidate evaluation, biomarker discovery, and modeling advanced CML stages in preclinical research.
