Description

Human Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) Bone Marrow Plasma (Chronic Phase) is derived from the bone marrow of human donors diagnosed with CML in the chronic phase. The sample originates from human and is collected as the cell-free supernatant after centrifugation of bone marrow aspirates. This plasma contains a complex mixture of soluble factors secreted by hematopoietic and leukemic cells, including cytokines, growth factors, metabolites, and extracellular vesicles reflective of the early stage of CML. The molecular composition of this plasma mirrors the relatively stable disease activity of the chronic phase and may include detectable levels of BCR-ABL fusion transcripts and signaling molecules relevant to myeloproliferative processes. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures and is tested to ensure it is free from contamination by HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
