Human Cord Blood CD34+ Depleted, Mixed is derived from pooled umbilical cord blood samples collected from multiple healthy human donors after full-term delivery. The source material is cord blood, and the resulting cell population consists of mononuclear cells from which CD34+ hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells have been removed using immunomagnetic depletion. The remaining cell fraction includes differentiated immune cells such as T cells, B cells, NK cells, and monocytes, providing a stem cell–depleted environment that mimics peripheral immune cell composition. These cells are morphologically round and non-adherent in suspension culture. Flow cytometry confirms efficient depletion of CD34+ cells, while preserving a broad spectrum of lineage-positive (Lin⁺) immune subsets. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures and is tested to ensure it is free from contamination by HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
