Description

Human Cord Blood CD34+ Cells, Mixed are isolated from the umbilical cord blood of healthy human donors collected post-delivery. The source material is cord blood, and the isolated cells are hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs), characterized by the expression of CD34, a surface glycoprotein associated with early-stage, multipotent stem cells. These cells are purified using immunomagnetic separation and pooled from multiple donors to ensure genetic diversity and representativeness. CD34+ cells are small, round, and non-adherent in morphology and are maintained in suspension culture under stem cell–supporting conditions. Cytogenetic analysis shows a normal human karyotype, and flow cytometry confirms high CD34 expression. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures and is tested to ensure it is free from contamination by HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
