Human Coronary Artery Endothelial Cells ,Primary coronary artery endothelial cells for vascular biology, cardiovascular disease, and drug testing.
Human Coronary Artery Endothelial Cells (HCAECs) are monolayer flattened endothelial cells derived from the vascular wall of human coronary arteries. Morphologically, HCAECs exhibit a characteristic cobblestone appearance, with large, dark nuclei and small, uniform cell bodies, demonstrating strong adherent growth. These cells express endothelial markers such as CD31, CD105, and coagulation factor VIII. HCAECs play a crucial role in cardiovascular research. Their main functions include regulating coronary blood flow, maintaining vascular tone through the secretion of nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin-1, and participating in angiogenesis and inflammation regulation. Dysfunction of HCAECs is associated with endothelial dysfunction and can be used to model vascular pathological changes in vitro. HCAECs serve as an essential in vitro model for investigating human endothelium in cardiovascular research and elucidating mechanisms underlying coronary circulation endothelial function. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Coronary Artery Endothelial Cells can be used to study the pathogenesis of diseases such as atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease. They are useful for investigating functional changes and molecular mechanisms of endothelial cells under stress or pathological conditions in vitro. In terms of drug screening and evaluation, they can be employed to test the efficacy and safety of cardiovascular drugs.
