Human Crohn’s Disease Leukopak provides patient-derived immune cells for studying inflammatory bowel disease mechanisms and therapeutic responses.
Human Crohn’s Disease Leukopak consists of leukocytes collected through leukapheresis from donors clinically diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, a chronic inflammatory bowel disorder. Following isolation, the cells are cryopreserved. These immune cell preparations provide a valuable in vitro model for exploring the immunopathogenesis of Crohn’s disease, including dysregulated T cell responses, cytokine signaling, and epithelial barrier dysfunction. They are widely used for biomarker discovery, evaluation of anti-inflammatory agents, and personalized therapeutic development. Repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Crohn’s Disease Leukopak is a valuable resource for studying chronic intestinal inflammation, mucosal immunity, and cytokine dysregulation in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). These cells support ex vivo studies on T cell activation, gut-homing markers, and therapeutic response profiling. They are also ideal for research on microbiome-host immune interactions in Crohn’s disease.
