Human ERBB4 (G776S) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically modified Ba/F3 cell line expressing the G776S-mutant form of human ERBB4. This model enables the analysis of functional consequences of the G776S substitution.
Target
The G776S mutation enhances ERBB4 kinase activity and contributes to tumorigenic signaling. It has been identified in several cancers and linked to therapeutic resistance.
