Hepatitis B leukopaks are obtained by aphresis from donors with Hepatitis B.</Div>
Human Hepatitis B Leukopak is obtained by aphresis from donors with Hepatitis B. After isolation, the product is cryopreserved. The cells exhibit suspension growth. They serve as a robust model for studying virus-specific immune responses, mechanisms of HBV persistence, viral reactivation under immunosuppression, and the development of antiviral or immunotherapeutic approaches. The enriched population includes a variety of immune cells, including T cells, B cells, natural killer (NK) cells, monocytes, and are useful for functional assays, cytokine profiling, and immunophenotyping. Repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Hepatitis B Leukopak provides peripheral immune cells from HBV-infected individuals, enabling studies of virus-specific T cell exhaustion, immune evasion, and antiviral responses. It is valuable for evaluating new immunotherapeutic strategies, studying chronic infection progression, and characterizing cytokine environments in HBV-related liver disease, ultimately accelerating the development of more effective treatments and potential cures for hepatitis B.
