Description

Human Hepatocytes (HP1) Single Donor, Female; Inducible are cryopreserved primary hepatocytes isolated from normal adult female liver tissue and optimized for plating and long-term culture. These cells maintain high viability, polygonal morphology, and robust metabolic enzyme induction. HP1 Heps-i support both suspension and adherent assay formats, with plated cultures particularly suitable for extended intrinsic clearance studies. Their combination of metabolic fidelity, long-term plating capacity, and detailed donor and enzyme activity profiles make HP1 Heps-i a reliable model for drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics research.
