The Human Mantle Cell Lymphoma Bone Marrow Plasma (Newly Diagnosed/Untreated) serves as a translational model for hematologic disease studies.
Human Mantle Cell Lymphoma Bone Marrow Plasma (Newly Diagnosed/Untreated) is a cell-free plasma fraction obtained from bone marrow aspirates collected from treatment-naïve patients newly diagnosed with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). The plasma contains biomolecules including proteins, nucleic acids, extracellular vesicles, cytokines, chemokines, and metabolic factors. The molecular composition of the plasma reflects the disease state at initial diagnosis and may vary among donors due to biological and clinical heterogeneity. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Mantle Cell Lymphoma Bone Marrow Plasma (Newly Diagnosed/Untreated) serves as a liquid biopsy material for translational and clinical research. It is widely used for biomarker discovery, including detection of tumor-derived nucleic acids such as CCND1–IGH fusion-related ctDNA signals, characterization of disease-associated cytokine profiles, and studies of extracellular vesicle–mediated signaling. This plasma is also applied in the development of minimally invasive diagnostic assays and evaluation of molecular changes associated with mantle cell lymphoma progression and therapeutic response.
