Mantle Cell Lymphoma-Plasma is obtained by centrifugation of blood tissues.
Human Mantle Cell Lymphoma Peripheral Blood Plasma (Newly Diagnosed/Untreated) is a cell-free plasma fraction obtained from centrifuged peripheral blood collected from treatment-naïve patients newly diagnosed with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). The plasma contains a broad range of biomolecules, including proteins, nucleic acids, extracellular vesicles, cytokines, chemokines, and metabolic factors. The molecular composition of the plasma may reflect systemic biological characteristics associated with newly diagnosed MCL prior to therapeutic intervention, including circulating disease-associated molecular signals. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Mantle Cell Lymphoma Peripheral Blood Plasma (Newly Diagnosed/Untreated) serves as a liquid biopsy material for translational and hematologic oncology research. It is used for analysis of plasma-derived biomarkers, including ctDNA-associated molecular alterations, extracellular vesicle–associated biomarkers, and circulating protein profiles related to mantle cell lymphoma biology. This plasma sample may support studies of baseline clonal heterogeneity, oncogenic signaling pathways, biomarker discovery, molecular stratification, and minimal residual disease (MRD)-related research in newly diagnosed or treatment-naïve MCL.
