Human Mobilized Peripheral Blood CD34⁺ Progenitor Cells are hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) isolated from peripheral blood following mobilization with granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF), and are widely referenced in transplantation and stem cell biology research as CD34+ cells or more broadly as CD34 progenitor cells. These cells are enriched for CD34 expression—a key marker of early hematopoietic populations—and retain the capacity to differentiate into myeloid, lymphoid, erythroid, and megakaryocytic lineages. Mobilized CD34⁺ cells exhibit enhanced engraftment efficiency and proliferative capacity, making them a preferred source for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. They typically exhibit small, round morphology and express additional markers such as CD38⁻/low, CD133, and CXCR4. These cells are extensively applied in regenerative medicine, gene therapy, immunotherapy, and hematologic disease research, particularly in studies involving immune reconstitution and gene modification strategies.
