Multiple Myeloma-PB-Plasma is obtained by centrifugation of Multiple Myeloma peripheral blood.
Human Multiple Myeloma PB Plasma (Newly Diagnosed/Untreated) is derived from the peripheral blood (PB) of donors newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma and naive to systemic therapy. This plasma is immediately cryopreserved to preserve soluble components relevant to research use. Functionally, this plasma exhibits characteristic profiles associated with immune and metabolic alterations in myeloma, and contains detectable levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines and monoclonal proteins. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Multiple Myeloma PB Plasma (Newly Diagnosed/Untreated) serves as an in vitro model to study early-stage myeloma pathogenesis. By analyzing its cytokine profiles, autoantibody content, and effects on immune cell function, researchers can explore molecular mechanisms driving disease initiation and immune evasion, supporting discovery research and target identification for myeloma-associated immune profiles.
