NPB Plasma is obtained from healthy donors through the COBE Spectra apheresis machine.
Human PB (peripheral blood) Plasma is collected from healthy donors. Plasma performs numerous essential physiological functions. It serves as a carrier for nutrients, hormones, and metabolic waste. It contains immunoglobulins (antibodies) that recognize and neutralize pathogens, thus contributing to immune defense. Plasma also helps maintain acid-base balance, regulate osmotic pressure, and assist in thermoregulation. It is widely used in biomedical research, particularly in studies related to infectious and liver diseases, where changes in plasma proteins such as albumin and clotting factors serve as diagnostic or prognostic indicators. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human PB Plasma is a valuable resource for studying circulating immune components, antibodies, clotting factors, and metabolic biomarkers. It is widely used in immunoassays, diagnostic development, and biomarker discovery in diseases such as autoimmune disorders, infections, and liver conditions. Researchers can use plasma to monitor systemic immune responses and explore therapeutic efficacy by analyzing cytokine levels, immunoglobulin profiles, and protein compositions
