Human Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) Leukopak is collected by leukapheresis from patients with RA, an autoimmune disorder characterized by chronic synovial inflammation and systemic immune activation. They provide a robust ex vivo system to investigate cytokine production (e.g., IL-17, IL-6), autoantibody generation, and therapeutic targets such as tumor necrosis factor (TNF) inhibitors and Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
