Human Whole Leukopak is a leukocyte-enriched product obtained from the peripheral blood of healthy donors through apheresis, mainly including immune cells such as lymphocytes (T cells, B cells, NK cells) and monocytes. Its morphological characteristics are that the cell suspension is mainly composed of round or oval mononuclear cells. Leukopak cells play a core role in immune regulation, inflammatory response, hematopoietic maintenance and pathogen defense. For example, T/B cells mediate adaptive immunity, monocytes/macrophages participate in innate immunity and antigen presentation, and granulocytes fight bacterial infections. Related diseases include leukemia (abnormal leukocyte proliferation), immunodeficiency disorders (such as HIV-induced CD4+ T cell depletion), and autoimmune diseases (e.g., multiple sclerosis).

Human Whole Leukopak can be used to study the development, differentiation and functional mechanisms of immune cells (such as T cells, B cells, and NK cells), and to support the identification and validation of immune-related targets in new drug development. In the field of cell therapy, Leukopak is an important raw material for the preparation of CAR-T cells and CAR-NK cells, providing strong support for tumor immunotherapy. In addition, it can also be used for vaccine development and evaluation, simulating human immune response to test vaccine effectiveness.
