Rat Intestinal Fibroblasts are valuable for investigating gut tissue remodeling, fibrosis, wound healing, and epithelial-stromal interactions. They are commonly applied in research on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), intestinal fibrogenesis, and mesenchymal–immune crosstalk. These cells are also suitable for co-culture with epithelial or immune cells to explore the cellular mechanisms underlying chronic inflammation, extracellular matrix dynamics, and drug-induced intestinal injury.
