Rat Lymphatic Endothelial Cells (rLECs) are widely used for studying lymphatic vessel biology, lymphangiogenesis, inflammation, and tumor metastasis. They provide a relevant in vitro model for investigating lymphatic endothelial responses to growth factors, cytokines, and pharmacological agents. rLECs are also valuable for elucidating mechanisms of immune cell migration, lymphatic remodeling, and dysfunction in disease models such as lymphedema and metastatic cancer.
