TLR8 Reporter 293 Cell Line, stably expresses TLR8 and luciferase for evaluating TLR8 agonist activation, immune response, and signaling pathways.
Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are a class of important proteins involved in innate immunity, serving as a link between innate and adaptive immunity. Activation of TLRs can induce signaling pathways dependent on MyD88 or TRIF, leading to the secretion of cytokines and chemokines, activating both innate and adaptive immune responses. By utilizing TLR agonists in cancer immunotherapy, it is possible to convert “cold” tumors to “hot” ones, addressing the low response rates to single immune checkpoint inhibitors and enhancing the efficacy of immunotherapy. The TLR8 Reporter 293 Cell Line is a reporter gene cell line constructed based on the TLR8 signaling pathway. This cell line stably expresses the TLR8 gene and Luciferase reporter gene, making it suitable for evaluating the in vitro activation effects of TLR8 agonists.
