Description

AceMag™ Blood DNA Kit provides a simple, fast, and efficient magnetic bead procedure for extracting high quality blood DNA from fresh or frozen anticoagulated blood samples. In the presence of chaotropic salts, DNA binds to the surface of silicon-coated Magbeads. After two-step rinsing and one-step rapid rinsing, the high-purity DNA is eluted in EB or deionized water. The DNA yield is highly dependent on the type of sample, storage conditions, time, and the amount of leukocytes in the sample. The purified DNA is obtained with good purity and high integrity, which can be used for downstream reactions such as cloning, quantitative PCR, and chip sequencing. AceMag™ Blood DNA Kit rapidly isolates high-quality DNA free of hazardous chemicals and is ready to use.
