Mouse primary kidney cells (MPKIDCs) are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice.
C57BL/10J Mouse Kidney Cells are primary cells isolated from kidney tissues of C57BL/10J mice and represent a heterogeneous renal cell population. In culture, these cells exhibit adherent growth and display mixed epithelial-like and fibroblast-like morphological characteristics. As a mixed primary cell population, they retain general cellular features associated with renal tissue, including normal cellular metabolism, structural integrity, and responsiveness under standard in vitro culture conditions. Moreover, studies of kidney cell interactions in C57BL/10J mice have provided valuable insights into the behavior and communication of nephron cells within the renal microenvironment. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

C57BL/10J Mouse Kidney Cells are suitable for in vitro studies of renal cell biology, including investigations of cellular metabolism, intercellular interactions, and tissue-specific functional characteristics. As a heterogeneous primary renal population, they provide a representative model for studying kidney-associated cellular processes, extracellular matrix dynamics, and molecular signaling pathways. These cells are also applicable for gene expression analysis, protein profiling, toxicity assessment, and general renal research applications.
