Mouse primary spleen cells (MPSPLCs) are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice.
C57BL/10J Mouse Spleen Cells are primary mixed-cell populations derived from spleen of pathogen-free C57BL/10J mice. These heterogeneous cell suspensions includes lymphocytes (T and B cells), monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells, and natural killer (NK) cells, representing typical mouse splenocytes. They express CD3 (T cells), CD19 (B cells), CD11b and F4/80 (macrophages), CD11c (dendritic cells), and NK1.1 (NK cells). To ensure the quality of these primary cells, repeated freeze-thaw cycles are not recommended due to the fragile nature of these cells. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

These spleen-derived cells are ideal for studying immune responses, including lymphocyte activation, antigen presentation, and cytokine production. They serve as a valuable in vitro model for investigating autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, and for evaluating immunomodulatory therapies. Additionally, these cells provide critical insights into cellular interactions and immune regulation under various pathological conditions.
