Mouse tail cells are isolated from day-1 neonatal tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice.
C57BL/6 Mouse Tail Cells, Neonatal are derived from the tail tissue of neonatal C57BL/6 mice. These cells contain a mix of dermal fibroblasts, epithelial cells, and progenitor-like populations. These cells typically express fibroblast markers such as vimentin. Neonatal tail cells are often used in developmental biology, reprogramming, and transgenic mouse generation due to their plasticity and accessibility. Mouse neonatal tail cells offer a flexible model for investigating early postnatal tissue characteristics. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles in vitro to maintain cell viability and function. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

Neonatal C57BL/6 Mouse Tail Cells exhibit high proliferative potential and are widely used in developmental biology, gene editing, and skin fibroblast research. These cells are ideal for early-stage studies, tissue engineering models, and reprogramming protocols due to their youthful phenotype and responsiveness to stimuli.
