Human (Parental) Lung Cancer Stem Cell; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Human (Parental) Lung Cancer Stem Cells are a specialized population of tumor-initiating cells derived from primary human lung cancer tissues. Morphologically, the cells display heterogeneous cellular morphology, commonly presenting as adherent cells with rounded to polygonal shapes. These cells represent parental cancer stem-like cells with the ability to self-renew and differentiate, playing a crucial role in tumor initiation, progression, metastasis, and therapy resistance. They express key stemness and cancer stem cell markers, including CD133, CD44, and ALDH1. Functionally, these human lung cancer stem cells possess multipotent differentiation potential and can give rise to heterogeneous lung tumor cell populations under specific induction conditions. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human (Parental) Lung Cancer Stem Cells, also known as pulmonary carcinoma CSCs, provide a valuable experimental model for investigating lung cancer-associated cellular heterogeneity and tumor biology. These cells are widely used in studies focusing on cancer stem cell mechanisms, including self-renewal regulation, lineage differentiation potential, and molecular pathways related to resistance phenomena in experimental systems.
