Human (Parental) Papillary Thyroid Cancer Stem Cell; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Human (Parental) Papillary Thyroid Cancer Stem Cells are a population of tumor-initiating cells isolated from primary papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) tissue. Morphologically, they are small, round to oval in shape. These human thyroid carcinoma CSCs exhibit defining cancer stem cell properties, including self-renewal capacity. They express key markers associated with thyroid cancer stemness, such as CD44 and CD133, as well as thyroid-lineage markers including TTF-1 and PAX8. They are capable of generating heterogeneous PTC populations in vitro and forming tumors in xenograft models. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human (Parental) Papillary Thyroid Cancer Stem Cells are extensively used to investigate cancer stem cell-driven tumor initiation, metastasis, and recurrence, providing critical insights into papillary thyroid cancer biology. These cells are also utilized in high-throughput screening platforms to evaluate factors that influence the survival and self-renewal capacity of tumor-initiating cell populations.
