Human Lung Cancer Stem Cell; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Human Lung Cancer Stem Cells are isolated from primary or metastatic human lung carcinoma tissue and cultured under stem cell-promoting conditions to enrich for cancer stem-like populations. These cells exhibit irregular, loosely adherent spheroid or epithelial-like morphology and express CSC-associated markers including CD44, CD133, SSEA3/4, Oct4. Lung CSCs demonstrate hallmark characteristics such as high tumorigenicity, self-renewal, and differentiation into diverse cancer cell phenotypes. These cells are ideal for modeling lung tumor initiation, progression, and therapeutic resistance. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human Lung Cancer Stem Cells are valuable for exploring lung cancer pathogenesis, resistance mechanisms, and metastatic potential. They are ideal for high-throughput screening of chemoresistance-modulating compounds and CSC-targeted therapeutics. These cells also support research in tumor heterogeneity, immune evasion, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). Additionally, they can be used to establish xenograft models to study in vivo tumorigenesis and recurrence.
