In vitro established from a primary sarcoma of the skin.
HS1-CBR was derived from primary cutaneous sarcoma tissue, widely used in cancer research due to its stable growth. HS1-CBR cells provide a relevant model for studying the molecular mechanisms of sarcoma development, tumor progression, and therapeutic response. Their consistent behavior in vitro makes them suitable for experiments requiring reproducibility, including drug screening and exploration of tumor biology in murine systems. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

HS1-CBR cell line is a valuable research model derived from a primary cutaneous sarcoma, enabling in vitro studies on soft tissue tumorigenesis, cellular proliferation, and sarcoma-related signaling pathways. It is particularly useful for investigating tumor cell behavior, gene expression profiles, and therapeutic responses in skin sarcoma models. Researchers may also employ HS1-CBR cells to explore the efficacy of anti-cancer agents and to assess molecular mechanisms underlying sarcoma progression and treatment resistance.
