Human Acute Lymphoid Leukemia PB Plasma (Relapsed/Refractory) is ideal for biomarker profiling, cytokine quantification, and leukemia progression tracking.
Human Acute Lymphoid Leukemia Peripheral Blood Plasma is an acellular plasma fraction isolated from peripheral blood of adult Homo sapiens patients with relapsed or refractory acute lymphoid leukemia (ALL), predominantly B-ALL with occasional T-ALL cases. This clear, cell-free plasma contains leukemia-associated soluble mediators and circulating extracellular vesicles, reflecting the altered systemic microenvironment of treatment-resistant leukemia and supporting studies of genetic markers in refractory ALL plasma, novel treatments targeting PB plasma in leukemia, and therapy response markers in ALL plasma. To ensure the quality of these primary cells, repeated freeze-thaw cycles are not recommended due to the fragile nature of these cells. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

This peripheral blood plasma is an optimal sample type for studying leukemic relapse mechanisms, systemic cytokine imbalances, and the biomolecular content of circulating EVs. It supports applications in liquid biopsy development, cfDNA/cfRNA mutation profiling, and validation of relapse biomarkers. Suitable for technologies including qPCR, FISH, ELISA, NGS, proteomics, and immunoassays, it enables both fundamental and translational research targeting therapeutic resistance, minimal residual disease, and the leukemic niche in relapsed/refractory ALL.
