Description

Human Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) Peripheral Blood (PB) Plasma (Chronic Phase) is isolated from peripheral blood samples collected from human donors diagnosed with CML in the chronic phase. The sample type is acellular plasma, obtained by centrifugation of whole blood. This plasma contains soluble biological molecules including cytokines, chemokines, extracellular vesicles, and metabolites released by circulating leukemic and immune cells. In the chronic phase of CML, the plasma composition reflects relatively stable disease activity, typically featuring early immune dysregulation and BCR-ABL fusion product signatures. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures and is tested to ensure it is free from contamination by HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
