Description

Human Cord Blood Mononuclear Cells CD133+ Depleted are isolated from the cord blood of healthy human donors following full-term delivery. The source tissue is cord blood, and the isolated cell population consists of mononuclear cells (MNCs), which include lymphocytes and monocytes, with hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (CD133+) specifically removed through immunomagnetic negative selection. This enrichment process ensures a population depleted of primitive CD133+ stem cells while retaining immune effector cells and lineage-committed progenitors. These cells are non-adherent and spherical in suspension and are collected as fresh or cryopreserved primary cells without further expansion or passaging. Flow cytometric analysis confirms the depletion of CD133+ cells while preserving CD3+ T cells, CD19⁺ B cells, and CD14+ monocytes. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures and is tested to ensure it is free from contamination by HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
