Human Cord Blood Mononuclear Cells CD34+ Depleted (CD34 depleted cord blood MNCs), Single are isolated from the cord blood of a single healthy human donor after full-term delivery. The tissue source is cord blood, and the cell type includes mixed mononuclear cells—primarily T cells, B cells, NK cells, and monocytes—with hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (CD34+) removed via immunomagnetic negative selection. This results in a population enriched for immune effector cells and lineage-committed precursors, free from primitive CD34+ cells. The cells are non-adherent, spherical, and suspended in culture. Flow cytometry confirms the absence of CD34+ cells while preserving populations such as CD3+, CD19⁺, and CD14+ cells. The cells are collected from a single donor to allow traceability and reduced variability. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures and is tested to ensure it is free from contamination by HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
